If you are not pleased with your purchase,

(For hand-delivery, ‘shipping date’ means the date the drop-off receipt was
received, and for UPS or USPS delivery, this means the 'in transit' date.)
No Store credit and refunds will be issued after this 30 days. (Absolutely no
returns for special orders)

Please send the return merchandise in new, unworn and unaltered condition.
All returns must have an approved RA form attached. We will issue an RA and
shipping label for defective items (Claims for any damage must be met within 7
days upon receipt of merchandise.), however, in the case that you are not
satisfied with the purchase for any reason, we will issue an RA but you will be
responsible to send the merchandise back to our warehouse.
All returns received within 7 days after our approval of the return will not have
a restocking fee if the returned merchandise is returned in unopened condition
with the manufacturer's seal. If the package is returned in opened condition,
there is a minimum 10% restocking fee, even if it was returned within 7 days.
20% restocking fee will be charged on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT
after 7 days of our approval of the return.
Plus, price on the invoice does not include shipping and handling fees.
Shipping and handling fee are non-refundable. (Including but not limited to all
refused and unaccepted packages.)
Upon receiving the merchandise, our quality control department will inspect the
garments and once the claim is approved, we will issue a credit memo under
your account within 1-5 business days.
